This 6-week experience happens in a casual, conversational environment where questions are welcomed and relationships form naturally. Together with others on a similar journey, you'll:
- Catch the vision and heartbeat behind The Bridge Co.
- Discover your unique story, gifts, and purpose
- Understand our mission and core values
- Explore spiritual disciplines that fuel transformation
- Find your place in our community
- Connect with group leaders
Our hope is that the Co-Lab runs several times throughout the year. No previous church experience or Bible knowledge is required. We are working hard to get this program off the ground. Stay tuned!

GUEST EXPERIENCE Greet everyone from the parking lot to their seat with warm welcomes, new guest information, and provide a comfortable environment reflecting Christ's love.
WORSHIP & TECH Help craft experiences where people encounter God through music, media, lighting, and sound.
OUTREACH Take the church beyond our walls by serving our community partners, meeting practical needs, and building relationships with those often overlooked.
CREATIVE & COMMUNICATIONS
